Prompt, honest, and incredibly professional service—Weston went above and beyond. Highly recommend! We had a cable snap on our oversized, older wooden garage door, which caused it to fall off track and wedge shut—leaving both of our cars stuck inside. I called Dunn County Door on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to send someone out the very next morning. Weston handled the repair and was outstanding—professional, courteous, and transparent throughout. He explained the cause of the issue (a missing center bearing/bushing from a prior poor installation), repaired everything thoroughly, and even inspected our second garage door to make sure it was safe and properly installed. The pricing was extremely fair for the amount of work done. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you need garage door service, repair, or installation in the Dunn County area, we highly recommend Dunn County Door!
